Overview
PippaStudio gives sellers the creative tooling to produce listing content without leaving the platform. The design challenge was fitting a creative tool into a workflow built around operations.
Designing for the interruption
Sellers rarely sit down to do a dedicated content session. They produce content in gaps between other work. Every flow was designed to be resumable, with drafts and state preserved by default rather than as an explicit save action.
Familiar patterns, fewer decisions
Rather than building a general-purpose editor, the tool leans on templates tuned to marketplace requirements, so the seller makes brand decisions instead of layout decisions.
