Overview

PippaSync keeps product listings and stock levels in sync across multiple marketplaces. Sellers were manually reconciling inventory between channels, which meant overselling, delistings, and a lot of anxious spreadsheet work.

I designed the interfaces for listing management, channel mapping, and inventory reconciliation for both web and mobile.

Mapping the mess

Multichannel is a data-modelling problem before it is a UI problem. I mapped how a single product becomes many listings, each with its own title, price, and stock rules, and used that model to decide what belongs at the product level versus the channel level.

Getting that hierarchy right removed most of the confusion sellers had been reporting.

Bulk actions that feel safe

Sellers edit hundreds of listings at once, so every bulk action shows exactly what will change and on which channels before it commits. Preview-then-confirm became the default pattern across the platform.

Responsive by necessity

Sellers check stock from their phones between other tasks. Rather than shrinking the desktop tables, mobile gets a prioritised card view built around the two questions that actually matter on a small screen: what is out of sync, and what needs me now.

Outcome
